Kenny and I took Ethan and Jacob to see a live nativity at a local church tonight. There was an indoor "Bethlehem Marketplace" with all kinds of crafts for the kids. The boys made a few ornaments and watched the beggars being chased by the soldiers. Afterward, we stepped outside to see the nativity. Ethan was a little bummed that the baby Jesus was just a doll, but they were both happy to see a live donkey.
I'm still trying to teach the boys that it's called a nativity scene instead of an activity scene.
