The Indiana State Museum held a free admission day today as part of Indianapolis's 12 Free Days of December. I wanted to take Ethan and Jacob on a field trip and am happy that my parents agreed to come along.
We had a great day and the boys thoroughly enjoyed the museum. Their favorite part was holding onto the spear and having the mastodon on the screen charge them. The floor shook to simulate the earth moving from the force of the charging mastodon. They also enjoyed the train, Santa, the wigwam, and log cabin.
Maybe we can get Grandma and Grandpa to attend more field trips with us!
