Jacob's 4th Birthday Party: Avengers

Jacob's Avengers party was today!  He was so excited, but ended up running a fever of 102 before the party was over and was a little lethargic.

My sister, Heather, made the cakes and cupcakes.  Jacob loved them!!

All of these kids, but 2 live in our subdivision.  That's 10 little boys that are 5 and under!

 We played a Thor Hammer Toss game where the kids tossed Thor's Hammer and tried to get it in the hula hoop.

This was their prize.

 There was also a Hulk Smash Balloon Drop.

I dropped prize-filled balloons over the balcony and the kids had to use their power to smash them to get their prizes out.

 The balloons contained Avengers dog tag necklaces.

We are getting ready to sing "Happy Birthday" to Jacob.

He wanted to be sure to eat the Hulk face from the cake.

 Mamaw was trying to make him feel better by rubbing his head.

It was a big day, celebrated with lots of friends.  Jacob had a good time, but fell fast asleep once his friends were gone.

I love this little guy more than words can express and I hope he feels much better tomorrow!
