Two Fridays ago, the kids made a cute little leprechaun snack in preschool. I had gotten a recipe from The Mailbox magazine. Ethan loved that we were using a "recipe" to make a snack. He loves to help out in the kitchen. Jacob loved that the elf cookies resembled leprechauns.
This is a copy of the recipe that we used. It was perfect for preschool! Super easy! We used Corn Pops cereal, Keebler elf cookies, and then I added the sour rainbow candy strips that I found at Walmart earlier that week.
These three goofballs loved their snack that day!
