Well, I was able to make the strawberry freezer jam today, and I can't believe how incredibly easy it is! Since strawberry jam is our family favorite, I believe this will become an annual event for us. I was able to fill 12 jars and 2 containers. That means that Smucker's won't be getting any more of our money for quite some time!
I hope to try my hand at cherry jam too, once the cherries are ripe. If I keep it up, I may need to buy a deep freezer for the garage.
