Megan turned 17 today! She had an out of town competition, but Kenny was off, so we were all able to travel to watch her perform on her birthday. My sister, Heidi and her husband Brien, were also able to make it. It was a great show! The Patriot Brigade received a gold rating.

Heidi and Brien went to Red Robin for dinner after the competition.
When we got home, we celebrated with an ice cream cake and balloons. Ethan and Kenny picked up the balloons and cake earlier in the day, and Ethan couldn't wait for Megan to get home to see them. We picked show colors for the balloons, and Ethan found a coordinating mylar balloon.
We are so happy that we were able to see her perform and do what she loves to do on her birthday.
