Bowling with the Boys!!

Kenny and I had a bowling date with the boys today!  A couple of weeks ago, I signed the kids up for the free summer bowling program.  It's great!  The bowling center emails me coupons for each of the kids plus one adult weekly.  Each person can bowl two free games per day for the length of the summer.  You do have to pay $1.50 for each shoe rental, but that's still pretty cheap entertainment.  Of course, we will not be bowling every day, but it's nice to know that it's there if we need it.  (Everyone can use a boredom buster!) 
Megan chose to swim with her friends at a local pool, so it was the perfect little boy date.  Ethan was super excited when he found out that we were going bowling.  We have been a couple of times and he loves it!  Carter, the typical ten year old, loves it when he is getting strikes.  Jacob is still too little to bowl, but he loves to run around and check out all of the bowling balls.  We ended up only bowling one game so that Ethan and Jacob could get naps in before going out to dinner with my parents.  It was a nice little outing and I am sure that we will utilize our coupons again.
