For Christmas this year, we decided to take the kids to Disney World. We thought it useless to buy all kinds of toys that no one would play with, since the kids have so much anyway. My parents also happened to have a timeshare week that they needed to have used before the end of the year, so that was a factor as well. Everything came together nicely and we were able to enjoy a family vacation that served as a Christmas present to everyone.
My cousin, Chad, and his family live in Georgia, so it was a perfect halfway stopping point for us. On the way to Orlando, Carter was able to spend the night with the kids, which he loved! The rest of us had a nice little visit and stayed in a nearby hotel. Carolyn was gracious enough to make dinner for us that first night, which was delicious! We loved seeing family that we don't get to see very often, and after finally making the drive, we realized that it isn't a bad drive and that we should be able to see them more often. Carter really hits it off with their kids and wishes that we lived closer together. We do too!

Since we stopped in again on our way home, we were able to see my aunt and uncle who were there for Christmas. We love to visit with family and can't wait to see all of them again.
