Ethan's 4th Birthday Party

Yesterday was Ethan's birthday party.  It was our first party in the new house so it was an adjustment to figure out the flow of things, but all in all, things went well.  We started the party with eating on the main floor.  We had Italian beef, BBQ chicken, macaroni and cheese, baked beans, fruit, and veggies.  I love making things ahead in the crockpot when we have large groups of people.
After we ate, Ethan put on his cupcake hat that my sister, Heidi, got him for his first birthday, and began to open gifts.  Jacob was just as excited about everything as Ethan was.

After opening gifts upstairs, we moved to the basement where Ethan received two gifts that he has been wanting for a long time.

Grandma, Grandpa, and Mamaw pitched in and got him a bouncy house and Uncle Kevin got him a plastic pool for the back patio.  He loves them both, and so does Jacob!
We had cake and ice cream in the basement as well.  It was nice not having to rush around cleaning the kitchen before cake like at the old house.

I made Ethan's Team Umizoomi cakes.  Team Umizoomi is the boys' favorite show right now.

 This is Geo.

This is Milli.

And this is a boy who loves his cakes!

Ethan loved his special day!
