Christmas Party

Ethan and Jacob don't go to preschool outside of home, so we invited some of their little friends to our house for a Christmas party.  They were excited that we threw up some simple decorations and had elf hats for all of their friends.

 The first activity was making a Christmas tree craft.  It was a little hard for the kids, so we did the best we could and scrapped the rest.

Afterward, my mom read them a story and then we decorated gingerbread cookies.

 I have the hardest time getting Ethan to use a regular smile for pictures.

 The kids enjoyed tossing cookies into Santa's mouth.  It wouldn't stay up, so Kenny had to end up holding it for them.

I think the kids had the most fun when my friend, Brittney, chased them around the basement with a stuffed snake!

The boys thoroughly enjoyed every minute with their friends!

{My mom was a tremendous help during the party.  She was able to help Jacob with his craft, and Ethan with decorating his cookie.  Thanks, Mom!  Love you!}
