I cannot even begin to comprehend the sense of loss and pain that the parents of the kindergarten victims in Newtown, Connecticut are faced with. It is unimaginable, and my heart breaks for those involved. My family is the center of my world, and I don't think I could cope with such a loss.
Megan had winter guard practice tonight, and then spent time with her boyfriend, so Kenny and I were only able to spend the evening with our boys. We first drove through Deming Park to look at the Christmas displays, and then returned home to decorate gingerbread men and have hot chocolate.
Jacob decided that Santa wanted to be a firefighter!
