We finally finished landscaping the front of our house this weekend. The finishing touch was a layer of new mulch that Kenny, Ethan, and Jacob applied.
The boys got to ride in Daddy's truck to get the mulch, which is always a big deal!
After lunch, they helped spread it around the plants.
We're so happy with the way it turned out and know that it will look even better in a few years when the boxwoods mature. We still have the two sides and back of the house to do, as well as around the mailbox, utilities box, and the other side of the driveway. It may take us a few years to get it completed, but at least we upped our curb appeal for now.
