We celebrated Thanksgiving with the Masseys this evening and then came home in time to trim the tree before bed. Our house seems a lot more cozy with all of our decorations up. Since we celebrated Thanksgiving, we didn't have our traditional Hickory Farms sausage and crackers. We were stuffed after two days of feasting, so we didn't care.
Megan gave two thumbs up for decorating the tree.
Poor Ethan and Jacob are feeling a little under the weather, so Jacob's face is a little yucky.
Jacob wanted to wear his Halloween costume to decorate the tree. He wore his elephant hood until I convinced him to take it off.
We didn't put any bulbs on our tree this year. We have enough kid-made, family photo, gingerbread, and Hallmark Keepsake ornaments to fill it up. Our tree looks even more beautiful in our new home, than it did in the last.
Hopefully we will tackle the outdoor lights tomorrow!
